Pros": I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room had convenient amenities like a microwave and mini fridge, and the location was perfect for easy access to nearby food options. The staff treated me well and my keys always worked flawlessly.

The location and price were perfect.

Facilities are in dated. Need to be renovated. Message light needs to be fixed as it kept blinking and there were no messages. Not enough outlets in room. Rug needs to be updated. Towels and sheets worn. Need new. Although we asked for a non-smoking room, we could smell smoke as if at one time smoking was allowed.

The bathroom was disgusting!!!! The tub had been painted and the paint was peeling off. The amount of mild through out the tub and ceiling was beyond words. It was black everywhere. Do they not know how to clean a tub or tiles?? The faucet in the bathroom barely worked and the sink in ref room plugged up anytime you turned the tap on.

Good gentle men at front desk. Clean towels and sheets. Monies worth.

Needs a redo lamp token without shade

Freshly updated and creative spot to crash, with friendly staff 👍. The rooms are budget-friendly and look like they just rolled out the plastic wrap, plus they come with AC. It's a quick 20-minute drive from the airport. Honestly, couldn't find a single thing to gripe about—had a fantastic stay!

The night clerk was very helpful. A couple registering spoke very little English. She was trying to use a translation app on her phone to communicate with the clerk. He did a great job. Fast and courteous. Liked shower instead of bathtub.

Room was small. Refrigerator was loud.

This place has a great location, close to other restaurants🍽️. the services offered here are top-notch, and the staff are very knowledgeable and experienced.

The Gentleman that checked me in was FANTASTIC, made sure I had a first floor room and was super friendly

The people working the desk the morning of my checkout need some training on Service Dogs, they were refusing to let me enter the room for breakfast because I had my Service Dog with me. I nicely explained the law and was hesitantly let in

I initial room had paint all over the frayed carpet. The door drone was split and the door could not be secured. When I asked the desk clerk, he changed us to another room. It was better. The bathroom had mildew all around the base of the shower. The breakfast was good but served in the bar that was used as a club the night before. I could not recommend this place.

The staff was really nice, and the waffles available for breakfast was great! They also had fresh, granny smith apples, which was amazing. The bed was so comfortable I ended up falling asleep super early on accident. It is also near enough Niagara Falls to be an easy day trip without the price mark up, similar to the finger lakes and several other attractions in the area. I believe the TV was decent, as was the remote controller. The refrigerator worked well for us.

I believe they were doing some remodeling, because the several rooms next to ours had their doors open and locks off. Sadly the room stank of smoke, all the drawers were broken (which made the room feel creepy), the toilet got backed up after one use, and the wifi was unreliable, constantly booting us off. The room itself is small-mid sized.

Everything else.breakfast ends at 8:30 so it can be cleanedvby 9. House keeper opens our door walks in and tell us to get out at 9am. My daughter had a room in another wing same thing same time. I voiced my opinion to the manager on duty she did not care. I called wyndom no answer.
